Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Dailys Supermarket online store ("Dailys", "we", "us"), create an account, or place an order. By using the store you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

• You need a Dailys account to place an order. You can sign up with your email address or with Google.
• Please keep your details accurate, especially your name, phone number and delivery address, so we can fulfil your orders.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Shelf prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout and shown on its own line before you pay.
• Prices, promotions and product ranges can change at any time. The price that applies is the one confirmed at checkout.
• Discounts apply only during their advertised period.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.

• Stock and prices are checked again when you check out. If an item no longer has enough stock, we will ask you to change the quantity before you pay.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successful, and we send a confirmation email.
• In rare cases an item may sell out between payment and confirmation. If that happens, your order is marked "Paid — awaiting stock", we email you, and our team will contact you to either fulfil the order once the item is restocked or refund you.
• We will email you as your order progresses, for example when it is shipped, completed or cancelled.

• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. You can pay by card or bank transfer.
• Dailys never receives or stores your full card details.
• Some payment methods, such as bank transfers, can take a short while to confirm. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is.
• If a payment fails, you will not be charged, and you can try again from checkout.

• Store pickup: collect your order from the Dailys branch you chose at checkout. Please bring your order number.
• Door delivery: deliveries are carried out by our third-party delivery partner to the address you give at checkout. Dailys does not add a delivery fee to your order.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the order reaches you.

• If you need to cancel an order, or there is a problem with an item you received, contact us through the complaint form as soon as possible.
• Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps for your order.
• Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method through Paystack.

You can raise a complaint at any time using our complaint form. Include your invoice or order number, the branch, and a photo if it helps. Every complaint is recorded and followed up by our team.

• We collect the information needed to run your account and fulfil your orders: your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses and order history.
• We use it to process orders, send order updates and handle complaints. We do not sell your personal information.
• Payment details are handled by Paystack, not stored by Dailys.

Please do not misuse the store: for example, by attempting fraudulent orders, interfering with the website, or submitting false complaints or reviews. We may cancel orders or suspend accounts involved in misuse.

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Dailys is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Orders you have already placed are covered by the terms in force when you placed them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
